For holidaymakers craving for a lifetime dream safari, Serengeti Halisi Camp is the place to be.
Launched by Halisi Camps in December 2011, Serengeti Halisi Camp is a seasonal camp located in the world famous Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.
From December to March, the camp is located in the Ndutu area close to the calving grounds where Wildebeest migration takes place during these particular months.
From June to November, camping takes place at Seronera in Central Serengeti, which gives easy access to all parts of the national park as well as having abundant resident game due to the proximity of the Seronera River.
The concept is to locate the camp where it is most conducive for wildlife during both seasons.
On request, Halisi Camps can offer private camping for groups in smaller tents away from the main camp.
Serengeti Halisi Camp offers six large six-metre en suite standard walk-in tents for single, double or twin occupancy.
The camp has also four extra-large, seven-metre en suite superior walk-in tents for triple or family occupancy as well as separate bathroom area with bush shower, toilet and mirror.
Other offers include small veranda area to sit and take in the view, lounge dining, bar tent and camp fire.
Serengeti National Park which is located in the North West Tanzania, is home to a large population of wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, lions, cheetah and leopards.
Other animals found in Serengeti are hyenas, hippos, wildebeest, Hartebeest, Waterbuck, Thompson gazelles, Warthogs, Impalas, Kudu, Oryx, Eland, Zebras and large number of birds.
